SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Exam 2024: Selection Process
The SSC Stenographer selection process consists of the following stages:
- Paper I (Computer-Based Test – CBT):
- This is an objective-type test conducted online.
- It consists of General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and English Language & Comprehension sections.
- Total marks: 200
- Duration: 2 hours
- Skill Test (Stenography Test):
- Candidates must demonstrate typing and shorthand skills at prescribed speeds.

- Grade C: 100 words per minute (wpm)
- Grade D: 80 words per minute (wpm)
